2nd Shift - Inside Sales Support - Customer Experience Rep Location: Company Description Crown Equipment Corporation, one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, offers local support on a global scale with more than 15 manufacturing facilities worldwide and more than 500 retail locations in over 80 countries. Job Duties Hours are 11:00 am -8:00 om EST Answer incommoding sales inquiry telephone calls. Provide information by phone, through email, or by mail. Pre-qualify customer inquiry and disseminate call information to the appropriate salesperson or department. Make outbound telephone calls. Log, track, and communicate sales call information. Follow up on sales leads and record sales results. Participate in training activities locally, in the field, & occasionally at the New Bremen corporate headquarters. Work within various departments within the branch as needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication, organizational, and & time management skills. Strong problem‑solving capabilities, a strong sense of responsibility and self‑motivation, and the ability to work in a team environment are necessary. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license, good driving record, & the ability to safely operate lift trucks Completion of background check, drug screen & physical required.
