Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential (Moderate/Severe or related credential required)
• Previous experience working with students in Moderate/Severe (M/S), middle school, or transition programs preferred
• Strong IEP development and implementation skills
• Ability to foster a positive and productive learning environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to individual education plans (IEPs) for students with moderate/severe needs
• Manage classroom routines and implement behavior management strategies
• Adapt curriculum and provide accommodations and modifications to ensure accessibility for all learners
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related services, and support staff
• Collect and record data on student progress, maintaining thorough and compliant documentation
• Engage parents and caregivers as partners in the student’s educational journey
