The team is seeking a Technical Program Manger to solve innovative problems via business process and technology innovations. They will be a highly visible leader that will own the communication, coordination, and execution of a multi-year program vision. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completioThe Serviceability TPM will serve as a technical resource in the development of maintenance programs for mechanical equipment within AWS Data Centers. This individual will be responsible for driving large-scale global projects and initiatives that directly impact availability for our customers. They will continually improve existing programs, while at the same time solve new problems. The role will require an individual who is comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous space and can deliver and define solutions to problems. They will be capable of growing and adapting their skill sets as the team scope changes. As data center builds scale rapidly with new technologies across the fleet, you will define global serviceability requirements including maintenance, spares, training and certification requirements. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
