Summary

Developing technical solutions to business problems, begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements. Managing the development and the change control of business requirements at the project level is key to help fulfill business needs. Take lead role in:

• Assisting with the business case
• Planning and monitoring
• Eliciting requirements
• Requirements organization
• Translating and simplifying requirements
• Requirements management and communication
• Requirements analysis

Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment. Core business skills with specialized knowledge to aide in advancing a firm's objectives, will work to contribute to its remaining competitiveness in a complex economy. Core skills include:

• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
• Business case development
• Modeling techniques and methods
• Leadership

Assess and validate activities and determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements. Use sophisticated methods, metrics, and tools to achieve the business benefits and corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing the project's business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to development team.
• Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys, and workshops.
• Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client's business needs.
• Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
• Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product's functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs.
• Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
• Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios.
• Coordinating with the groups of business unit who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services and software.
• Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.

• Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree in Business Administration is an added advantage.
