Research Coordinator - Financial Services Compensation: $110K-$150K base + bonus In-Office: 4-5 days/week We are seeking a highly organized, proactive professional to support a fast-paced investment team as a Research Coordinator. This role is central to the team’s daily operations, overseeing the coordination of management meetings, maintaining accurate data and reporting, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a confident multitasker with a strong attention to detail and prior exposure to financial services, ideally within equity capital markets or investment banking. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage scheduling for meetings with senior executives, brokers, and internal partners across multiple time zones. Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and internal trackers to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and post-meeting summaries and follow-ups. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reconciliation. Act as a key liaison for internal and external communications, delivering timely, polished, and professional responses. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an administrative, research, or coordination role within financial services; background in equity capital markets or investment banking strongly preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, detail-oriented approach.
