Clinical Applications Analyst

Supporting radiologists nationwide, the full-time remote Clinical Applications Analyst will manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems, focusing on workflow enhancement and issue resolution to ensure high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities Lead the configuration and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems for efficient radiologist workflows Serve as a subject matter expert for PACS and clinical applications, managing troubleshooting, upgrades, and workflow enhancements Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce friction Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years in clinical or radiology systems support in a healthcare environment Deep understanding of DICOM and working knowledge of HL7 interfaces impacting imaging workflows Proven expertise in radiology and teleradiology workflows, including roles of various stakeholders Hands-on experience with clinical applications such as eRAD PACS, 3M M*Modal Fluency, or equivalent systems Experience troubleshooting PACS and clinical application issues in complex healthcare settings
