Clinical Application Analyst

To enhance clinical operations, the full-time salaried State Licensed Clinical Application Analyst will support, optimize, and enhance clinical and revenue cycle applications, primarily focusing on Epic, while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Deliver application support and maintenance by troubleshooting issues and documenting system configurations Configure Epic and related applications to meet clinical and operational requirements, applying human factors design principles Act as a liaison between IT and clinical teams, facilitating communication and supporting project management tasks Required qualifications: Minimum of three years of healthcare experience, including three years of Epic and/or related application build experience Certification in two or more relevant Epic applications required upon hire Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Administration, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field preferred Project management training required within one year of hire Lean certification preferred or must be obtained upon hiring
