Clinical Applications Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting mid-complexity projects, the full-time remote Clinical Applications Analyst will provide high-level support for EHR applications, serve as a subject matter expert, and develop educational programs for end users. Key responsibilities Lead initiatives and projects while acting as a liaison between customers and support staff to resolve application issues Plan and implement technology learning programs and assess user competence during training Develop a broad knowledge base across assigned applications to enhance support and maintenance efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in a related field Preferred certification in Epic applications Experience in providing support for EHR applications Aptitude for translating customer requirements into feasible application options Ability to work under general supervision while being highly responsive to customer needs
