Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing an existing book of commercial insurance accounts while supporting Producers with the ongoing management and marketing of their business. This position will serve as a key point of contact for both clients and carrier underwriters, helping resolve questions and issues while providing responsive, professional account service. Responsibilities Service and manage an existing book of Commercial Lines accounts Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their insurance accounts Communicate directly with carrier underwriters and maintain productive working relationships Respond to client questions, troubleshoot issues and work toward timely resolutions Assist Producers with the ongoing servicing and marketing of Commercial Lines accounts Rate commercial insurance products Gather and organize information needed to support the marketing and proposal process Prepare professional insurance proposals for presentation to clients Coordinate with clients, Producers and underwriters throughout the account servicing process Provide responsive, professional service in a fast-paced agency environment Candidate Requirements Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license More than 2 years of work experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating with clients and underwriters by phone Demonstrated ability to build rapport and interact successfully with others Ability to lead or persuade and work through challenges Strong organizational and time-management skills Disciplined approach to planning daily activities and setting goals Ability to work effectively in a professional, fast-paced environment Upbeat, professional staff Opportunities for promotion from within Competitive base salary plus bonus Medical insurance, Dental and Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Summit Bridge Partners
