This outpatient recovery center provides behavioral health and addiction-related services to adult patients in Indianapolis, Indiana. The facility operates on a day shift schedule within a structured, on-site environment designed to support recovery and rehabilitation. The care team includes Case Managers, Therapists, and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary treatment setting.

The primary responsibility for this role is conducting both individual and group therapy sessions during day shift hours on a full-time, on-site basis. Clinicians will facilitate an average of 2-3 individual sessions per day and 2-3 group sessions per day with adult patients presenting with behavioral health and addiction-related concerns. Patients served include those experiencing substance use disorder (SUD) and dual-diagnosis conditions. Prior experience with SUD and dual-diagnosis populations is preferred for this position.
