Telehealth Director (APRN) for a skilled nursing and post-acute provider group
Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 Annual Salary. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and CME reimbursement.
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to lead and oversee our telehealth department. This is a full-time, fully remote, director-level role, and you can be based anywhere in the United States. We are offering COMPETITIVE PAY with AMAZING BENEFITS and great WORK LIFE BALANCE.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the telehealth department
- Manage telehealth clinical staff, workflows, and scheduling
- Drive quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with facility and executive leadership
Qualifications:
- Active APRN (Nurse Practitioner) license
- Prior experience overseeing or managing a telehealth program or department
- Strong clinical and operational leadership
