- Assist clients with reservation inquiries, available options, confirmations, and ongoing service needs.
- This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide a positive and professional client experience while working remotely.
- Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests.
- Gather information regarding client needs and preferences.
- Research available options and services.
- Assist with reservations and confirmations.
- Provide accurate information and timely update.
- Review reservation details and documentation.
- Assist with changes and special requests.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Follow up on outstanding requests.
- Communicate with service providers when needed.
- Maintain professional customer service standards.
- Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and online platforms.
- Ability to research and organize information.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Reliable and professional.
- Previous customer service, reservations, hospitality, or related experience is helpful but not required.
