Our client, a leading seafood manufacturing and distribution facility, is seeking a Sanitation Technician to join their team. As a Sanitation Technician, you will be part of the Sanitation Department supporting the production environment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong safety focus, which will align successfully in the organization.

Clean and sanitize production equipment, processing lines, utensils, tools, and facility surfaces.

Follow established sanitation procedures, SSOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety requirements.

Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning.

Properly mix, handle, and apply approved cleaning and sanitizing chemicals as per training.

Remove waste, debris, and product residue from production areas.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous sanitation, food manufacturing, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
