Are you a motivated sales professional looking to join a high-growth industry? We’re seeking dynamic agents to represent industry-leading home improvement products. Our products are designed to transform homes—and we need passionate, driven agents to help homeowners improve their living spaces

Your Home Improvement Company For over 20 years, has been a leader in home improvement and remodeling, specializing in bath and shower systems, windows, roofing, and siding. Our growing team provides high-quality design and installation services to homeowners across multiple cities in the northern United States.

What We Offer

$150K+ earning potential
2-3 Pre-Set, High-Intent Appointments – no wasted time
Commission + Uncapped bonuses
Paid training and ongoing coaching
Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
W-2 position
Full Sales & Support Team – Focus on closing, we handle the rest

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
Present remodeling solutions and close sales
Build proposals and generate referrals
Follow a proven sales process

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Professional, punctual, and goal-oriented
