Qualifications

• PhD in ML, NLP, computer vision, or equivalent practical experience.
• Passionate about real-world applications and impact.
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
• 7+ years of frontier AI research experience.
• Experience with large datasets and cross-functional AI projects.
• Experience in biomedicine and drug discovery is a plus; willingness to learn is a must!

Requirements

• This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere across the United States.
• Estimated annual base salary range:
• New York City & Boston Area(s): $263,340 - $309,870
• San Francisco Bay Area(s): $274,100 - $322,500
• Salt Lake City & all other U.S. locations: $239,400 - $281,700
• This role is eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
