Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Job Summary:

The Accounting Clerk will assist with a special accounting project involving the review of financial records dating back to 2024. This position will compare paper documentation to QuickBooks records, verify the accuracy of entries, ensure proper allocation of transactions, and categorize financial information as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

-Review accounting records and supporting documentation from 2024
-Compare paper files to QuickBooks to verify data accuracy
-Confirm proper allocation of accounting entries
-Categorize transactions and make corrections as needed
-Maintain organized and accurate financial records
-Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
-Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

-Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
-Strong QuickBooks experience required
-Excellent computer and data entry skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
-Strong organizational and time management skills
