Summary Statement The Front Services Attendant at Resorts World Las Vegas is responsible for providing a warm welcome to arriving and departing guests. This role includes assisting with guest requests, escorting guests to their destinations, handling and delivering luggage, and parking and retrieving vehicles. The attendant also promotes hotel services and features to enhance the guest experience. Primary Job Duties Create a memorable arrival and departure experience by escorting guests, handling, delivering, and storing luggage. Explain hotel and suite facilities and demonstrate guest room technology. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests. Be familiar with hotel services, features, and local attractions to accurately respond to inquiries. Utilize company devices, equipment, tools, and systems to manage tasks and guest requests. Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, including oversized, manual, automatic, and electric vehicles. Adhere to Resorts World Las Vegas and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Obtain and maintain position‑specific licensing. Use personal devices for job‑related tasks and document review. Resolve guests’ concerns and notify the Lead Front Services Attendant of issues beyond authority. Perform other job‑related duties as requested. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in guest‑focused roles within high‑volume, luxury resort environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with property management and parking systems such as OPERA and CVPS. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively at all levels. Solid organization and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Professional and friendly demeanor, remaining calm under stress. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive attitude. Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate in English. Polished appearance and demeanor. Knowledge of company and department policies and procedures. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks under busy conditions. Physical stamina and mental resilience to work under stressful conditions and meet deadlines. Availability to obtain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Preferred: Forbes or AAA knowledge and working knowledge of Opera, HotSOS, or other service optimization systems. Minimum Education and Experience At least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of previous Front Services experience in a similar or related field. Certificates, Licenses, Regulations Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Ability to obtain Nevada Driver’s License. Current DMV Record. Physical Demands The position requires the physical ability to lift 75 lbs of luggage or packages and to push a bell cart weighing up to 500 lbs. It also requires prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, running, and mobility in outdoor and indoor environments.
