- Provide ambulatory pharmaceutical care services
- Maintain current pharmacist license and required competency assessments
- Supervise pharmacy support personnel
- Provide drug education to patients and families
- Pharmacy state licensure from LA required
- BLS or ACLS certification required
- Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required
- Hospital experience preferred
