Registered Nurse - Float - Peds/PICU/NICU Sign-On Bonus Potential: $10,000.00 Full-time, weekend commitment, day/night rotation - rotating 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am. Sinai Hospital Float Pool is looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care across various units and specialties. Responsibilities Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care. Serve as an advisor and resource for patients and families. Apply telemetry experience. Qualifications Peds/PICU/NICU experience required. RN license in Maryland or Compact state (as applicable). Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) - Pediatric or Neonatal. Additional Requirements for Critical Care Float Roles Follow a 6‑week schedule with weekend obligations of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays, and 2 difficult-to-staff days.
