Office Services Assistant 5 days onsite in San Francisco, CA Compensation: $90k - 95k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly polished and service-driven Office Services Assistant to support daily workplace operations in its San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering a best-in-class office experience. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is integral to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys a hands‑on role where no task is too small. Key Responsibilities Provide backup coverage for reception and facilities coordination Manage service tickets and ensure timely completion of requests Oversee mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, and shipping packages Coordinate meeting and conference room setup and breakdown, including catering support Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference rooms and shared office spaces Monitor and restock office, kitchen, and conference room supplies Support printing, scanning, and administrative requests in line with company policies Assist with ad hoc projects and cross‑functional initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 2–3 years of experience in office services, hospitality, or a similar environment (financial services or luxury hospitality experience is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Service‑first mindset with a proactive, can‑do attitude Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels Comfortable performing hands‑on tasks, including stocking supplies, setting up meetings, and maintaining shared spaces Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs What We’re Looking For A dependable, team‑oriented professional who takes initiative Someone who enjoys being hands‑on and contributing to overall office operations A candidate who values professionalism, discretion, and delivering a high‑quality workplace experience This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected, global organization with a collaborative and high‑performing culture! #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Group
