At Belt Power, we're looking for a dynamic Territory Manager to help expand our presence, support valued customers, and create new opportunities within the industrial marketplace.

As a Territory Manager, you'll play a key role in growing revenue, managing customer relationships, and delivering solutions that keep businesses moving. You'll work alongside experienced leaders and team members while developing strategic opportunities across your assigned territory.

Belt Power is a leading distributor and fabricator specializing in conveyor systems and industrial products for the processing, manufacturing, and material handling industries. We provide high-quality solutions including conveyor belting, power transmission products, hose and fitting products, conveying equipment, plastics, gaskets, and related accessories backed by exceptional local service and support.

What You'll Do

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to recommend solutions and support customer success.
• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while achieving territory growth goals.
• Partner with Account Managers, operations teams, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent Belt Power at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
• Provide valuable market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
• Stay current on industry trends, product applications, and emerging opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy in quotations, contracts, and order processing.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• Outside sales experience, preferably within industrial distribution.
• Experience with conveyors, automation, or related industrial equipment is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Proven success growing a sales territory and exceeding objectives.
• Understanding of industrial distribution markets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and long-term customer relationships.
