Mid-Level to Senior-Level Emerging Technologies and Data Privacy Associate

Overview Required experience spans emerging technologies, data privacy, and advertising and marketing, specifically covering privacy and product compliance and counseling, tech and data transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, AdTech, digital media and advertising transactions, and data breach counseling. Desired experience includes developing internal data protection programs, conducting privacy assessments, building data maps, performing data protection impact assessments, drafting privacy policies, negotiating data processing agreements, and managing data incident response. The role involves advising on cutting-edge or high-risk privacy issues, such as AI, AdTech, health data, biometric data, and kids and teen data, along with familiarity with digital advertising technology and AI-related legal and regulatory matters.
