Zum nchstmglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als Teamleiter m/w/d fr das Reparaturgeschft im Raum Heusweiler / Saarbrcken. In dieser Ttigkeit arbeitest du eng mit unseren KundendienstmeisterInnen, MonteurInnen und Subunternehmern zusammen. Du verfgst ber erste Berufserfahrung und hast eine Leidenschaft fr Technik? Deine Aufgaben bei uns: vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll
- Auftragsnachverfolgung sowie Planung und Koordination von Reparaturen mit unseren Kunden
- Einholen von Lieferantenangeboten, Materialbestellungen und Anforderung von Subunternehmerleistungen
- Fhrung eines Teams von ca. 6 - 10 Servicetechnikern inkl. Kapazitts- und Einsatzplanung
- Kapazitts- und Einsatzplanung
- Einholung von Angeboten bei Lieferanten und Materialbestellungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
- Technische Untersttzung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten
- Koordination von Abnahmen und Bearbeitung der Leistungsnachweise
- Zusammenstellung technischer Unterlagen
Das bringst Du mit:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Fachrichtung Elektronik oder Metall mit einer Fortbildung zum Meister m/w/d oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Relevante Berufs- und erste Fhrungserfahrung, idealerweise im Kontext von Aufzugsanlagen
- Kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierung sowie gute kommunikative Fhigkeiten in deutscher Sprache
- Hohes Kosten- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprgte Lsungsorientierung und zielstrebiges Arbeiten
- Hohe Affinitt im Umgang mit digitalen Technologien
- Reisebereitschaft und Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
