Holcombe, Houston, TX 77021 You will contribute by: Identifying, developing, and implementing HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance indicators of the business unit Partnering with leaders and serving as a trusted advisor on people, organizational, and capability implications of the business strategy Coaching and advising leaders on talent development and performance management Supporting key HR initiatives, including talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and salary reviews Driving the talent review process and partnering with leaders to create individual development plans Partnering with Operations on HR and company initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and retention Managing and resolving employee relations issues Partnering with COE to drive focus and awareness of organizational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives at the local level Partnering with site senior leadership to ensure a strong strategic vision aligned with local culture We’re searching for candidates with: Working knowledge of Human Resources-related laws and regulations Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and influence leaders Strong internal and external customer service focus Drive to deliver outstanding results across the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
