Maintenance Sales Representative
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base + uncapped commission
We are partnering with a growing and well-established manufacturing organization in Santa Clara that is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and partnering with customers to deliver technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling technical products, engineered solutions, or manufacturing-related services and will be comfortable owning the full sales process - from identifying opportunities and developing relationships to negotiating contracts and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities of Technical Sales Representative
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Partner with engineering, operations, and internal teams to create customer-focused solutions
- Understand customer needs and translate technical capabilities into business value
- Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer records
- Support long-term account growth through strategic relationship management
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience within manufacturing, industrial, technical, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners
- Comfortable selling technical products and solutions
- Established organization with continued growth
