Trademark Docketing Specialist

A highly respected, nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Trademark Docketing Specialist to join its growing Intellectual Property team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented IP professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support teams on sophisticated domestic and international trademark portfolios. Hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite What You’ll Be Doing: Manage and maintain a sophisticated trademark docketing system Process U.S. and foreign trademark correspondence, deadlines, and filings Review and docket communications from trademark offices, foreign associates, and clients Monitor critical deadlines and ensure accuracy across trademark portfolios Generate and analyze docket reports Conduct trademark status research and verify case information Assist with trademark portfolio transfers, new matter intake, and database maintenance Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, records, billing, and administrative teams Support process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and best practices development What We’re Looking For: 3–6+ years of trademark docketing experience Strong knowledge of U.S. and international trademark prosecution procedures Experience managing trademark deadlines, renewals, maintenance requirements, and post-registration matters Experience with WebTMS or similar IP docketing software Strong understanding of USPTO procedures and foreign trademark office practices Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
