Senior Account Executive

SearchStax is investing heavily in this market, and we're looking for a Senior Account Executive to help lead that growth.

This is more than a quota-carrying sales role. You'll help establish SearchStax as the preferred AI-powered search platform for healthcare organizations across providers, payers, and life sciences.

You'll own your territory, build executive relationships, drive complex enterprise sales cycles, and work alongside marketing, solution engineering, customer success, and leadership to win strategic customers.

What You Will Do

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on net-new and expansion of healthcare accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner relationships, industry events, and referrals.
• Identify business challenges and position SearchStax as a strategic solution.
• Conduct executive-level discovery and value-based sales conversations.
• Lead product demonstrations alongside Solution Engineering.
• Navigate complex buying committees using the MEDDPICC methodology.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new logo opportunities.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management in Salesforce.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Engineering to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You Must Have

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling software into healthcare organizations.
• Demonstrated success winning complex six-figure enterprise deals.
• Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate with C-level leaders.
• Consistent history of exceeding quota.
• Experience using Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI productivity tools.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodology.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Pay Transparency

• Base Salary: The OTE for this role is estimated to be $250,000 OTE ($125K - base | $125K commissions)
• Salary Structure: Our salary ranges are determined by market analysis and are designed to evolve with job performance over time.
