Senior Manager, Communications (remote)

Work Flexibility: RemoteThe Senior Manager, Communications supports the Group Communications team, reporting to the Vice President, Executive Communications. This role helps advance group-level communications priorities by developing clear narratives, compelling visuals and scalable materials that help senior leaders engage employees, customers and key stakeholders. Key responsibilities span executive presentations, video and visual content, creative toolkits and strategic storytelling. Success requires strong business judgment, executive presence, exceptional writing and presentation skills, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization while translating strategy into action.What you will doSupport and execute Group Communications strategies that advance business priorities, executive visibility, and enterprise objectives.Develop communication toolkits, best practices, and resources to drive consistency, clarity, and alignment across channels and stakeholders.Create executive communications and leadership content, including presentations, speeches, talking points, scripts, briefing materials, and leader messages.Support communications for high-impact business events, including customer engagements, sales meetings, industry events, M&A activities, and integrations.Lead internal and change communications that inform, engage, and connect employees to group priorities, enterprise strategy, and Stryker’s mission.Develop clear, compelling business narratives and visual communications while ensuring alignment with brand, accessibility, inclusion, editorial, and corporate communication standards.Support external communications, executive visibility, issues management, and reputation initiatives to strengthen brand advocacy and stakeholder trust.Measure communication effectiveness and collaborate cross-functionally with communications teams, agencies, designers, videographers, and consultants to continuously improve and deliver strategic communications.What you needRequired:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 10 years professional experiencePreferred:MBAMinimum 7 years communications experienceAgency experienceExperience supporting senior executives, leadership teams or group-level business priorities Experience developing executive presentations, creative campaigns, event branding, video content or scalable communication toolkitsExperience leading cross-functional creative teams, agency partners or project-based teams without direct authorityUnited States of America Pay Ranges:USN: $135,600 - $225,900 USD AnnualUS5: $142,400 - $237,200 USD AnnualUS10: $149,200 - $248,500 USD AnnualUS15: $155,900 - $259,800 USD AnnualUS20: $162,700 - $271,100 USD AnnualUS30: $176,300 - $293,700 USD AnnualView the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.Travel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
