Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift (4x10s)
• 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-Call Required

Shift Differentials:

• Weekend: +$3.00/hr
• On-Call: +$5.00/hr plus Double-Time Callback
• Night Shift: 18% Differential (when applicable)

Position Overview

A Magnet-designated Trauma Center is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse to join its collaborative surgical services team. This position primarily supports the Cardiovascular OR while floating to the Main OR as needed. Work alongside highly engaged surgeons and leadership in a team-oriented environment focused on quality, innovation, and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nursing care for cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Assist with complex intraoperative patient management
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards
• Document care accurately and support quality initiatives

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Previous CVOR RN experience required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation
