We serve residents and families with more than 15,000 units nationwide. This is a Tuesday–Saturday position. Position Overview As a Sales Associate, you’ll coordinate the move‑in experience for new residents, ensuring apartments are ready, residents feel supported, and move‑in days set a positive tone. Position Highlights Status: FULL TIME Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday Location: 2051 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30309 Rate of Pay: $58,000 annually Responsibilities Greet prospective and incoming residents during leasing and move‑in to build rapport. Assist pre‑leased residents with timely apartment access for measurements, furniture, etc. Attend daily stand‑up meetings and provide accurate updates on scheduled move‑ins. Verify apartment readiness, confirming final cleaning and completion of punch‑list items. Follow up with departments to ensure apartments are in outstanding condition. Complete final walk‑throughs, setting thermostat, placing water bottles, leaving resident handbook. Coordinate move‑in logistics with residents and movers, including parking, entry, elevator. Welcome new residents on move‑in day and provide apartment and community orientation. Deliver welcome gifts or baskets to new residents. Arrange and deliver lunch or dinner on move‑in day. Coordinate dining and activities for the first 1–3 days after move‑in. Introduce new residents to resident ambassadors. Review the celebrations calendar and introduce residents to the FitCamp Trainer. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree preferred. One year of experience in a customer‑service or hospitality role. Experience in senior living, multi‑family, or new‑home settings preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, including Word, Outlook, Excel. Comfortable using email, internet‑based tools, and client tracking or design software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Benefits Competitive wages.
