What you\'ll do Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients\' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety. Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT. Keep every home visit safe and professional. Treat a range of cases — post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients. What you need Associate\'s degree from an accredited PTA program. Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology. Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your time and service area independently. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.
