Employment & Labor Attorney: 1st-3rd year

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available for an associate to work with the fast‑paced employment and labor practice group in the Reston, Virginia or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of broad experience in employment counseling, including statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and the employment dimensions of M&A transactions. Some litigation experience is a plus. Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials and communication skills. Pay: $225,000-$260,000 annually, dependent on geographic location, experience and skillset.
