Job Title: Aesthetic Device Outside Sales Representative
Location: Dallas, Texas
Job Type: Full-time
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and specialize in selling cutting-edge aesthetic medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aesthetics industry, a strong sales background, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, presenting our innovative products to aesthetic professionals, and achieving sales targets in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and other aesthetic professionals.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of aesthetic devices to prospective clients.
- Create customized sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up, support, and education.
Territory Management:
- Effectively manage time and resources to maximize sales productivity.
- Track and report sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product) to support business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in outside sales, preferably within the medical device or aesthetic industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation & Benefits:
- 100% Commission Based
