Regional Sales Manager

- Develop monthly sales territory and account plans to achieve assigned targets
- Carry out planned activities and document them in Hach CRM/Salesforce.com
- Prepare and present monthly funnel reviews using SFDC
- Prepare and present monthly forecasts, accurately managing opportunity dates, dollar values, and probabilities in SFDC
- Establish and manage relationships with engineering firms and other accounts influencing customer buying decisions
- Develop customer and industry contact networks within the territory
- Collect and report competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends, and results
- Participate in customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations/evaluations, customer seminars, and channel management
- Provide field input for market research, Kaizen events, and equipment beta testing
