Redi Services, LLC, a leader in the Industrial Services industry, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rock Springs, Wyoming. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting office operations and ensuring exceptional service for both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Providing accurate and helpful information in person, over the phone, and via email
• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities
• Performing clerical and receptionist duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
• Maintaining and updating office records, expenses, and cost tracking documentation
• Providing accurate data entry support for multiple departments
• Assisting with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) functions, invoicing, and cost tracking
• Supporting a positive office environment through teamwork and strong communication

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude

Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour DOE
