A Train Staffing is hiring a SCIT Supervisor in Palmdale, CA ! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented leader to oversee SCIT operations, support team performance, and ensure efficient workflow within a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience leading teams while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Salary: $70,304 per year

The SCIT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily SCIT operations, managing team performance, and ensuring department goals are achieved safely and efficiently. This role provides leadership, training, and operational support while monitoring productivity, quality standards, and compliance with company policies. The SCIT Supervisor works closely with management and cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain operational excellence.

• Supervise daily SCIT operations and ensure department goals are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop SCIT team members to achieve performance expectations.
• Assign daily tasks, manage workflow, and monitor team productivity.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor quality, accuracy, and efficiency of department activities.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct regular team meetings and communicate important updates to staff.
• Review operational reports and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to support business objectives.
• Assist with employee coaching, performance feedback, and development.
• Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working in operations, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or a similar environment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage daily operations.
• Strong understanding of productivity, quality, and safety standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with operational reporting systems preferred.
