What You'll Do

Manage payroll processing, timekeeping, and tax compliance
Administer benefits enrollment and employee relations
Ensure wage and hour compliance across all locations
Maintain payroll systems and generate accurate reports
Partner with leadership on HR and compensation strategy

What We're Looking For

3+ years payroll or benefits administration experience
Strong knowledge of wage and hour compliance laws
Proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Restaurant or hospitality background strongly preferred
