Spa Manager

A premier wellness and spa facility is seeking a results-driven Spa Manager to oversee daily operations and lead service department teams. Spa Manager Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across all spa service departments
Hire, train, schedule, and lead spa staff and service teams
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve service issues
Manage budgets, payroll, inventory, and cost control
Implement promotions and strategies to drive revenue

Spa Manager Requirements

Proven experience in spa, hospitality, or wellness management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of spa operations, staffing, and service delivery
Ability to manage financials including payroll and inventory
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
