A premier wellness and spa facility is seeking a results-driven Spa Manager to oversee daily operations and lead service department teams. Spa Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all spa service departments
- Hire, train, schedule, and lead spa staff and service teams
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve service issues
- Manage budgets, payroll, inventory, and cost control
- Implement promotions and strategies to drive revenue
Spa Manager Requirements
- Proven experience in spa, hospitality, or wellness management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of spa operations, staffing, and service delivery
- Ability to manage financials including payroll and inventory
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
