Benefits Manager

Heritage Golf Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized Benefits Manager to oversee the administration of our employee benefits programs across approximately 50 locations nationwide. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for benefits administration and employee support, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, club leadership, benefit carriers, brokers, and other vendors. The Benefits Manager will oversee day-to-day benefits operations while supporting annual enrollment, compliance, audits, new club transitions, and continued process improvement as Heritage grows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing benefits for a large, geographically dispersed employee population. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k). Serve as the primary resource for employee questions regarding benefits, eligibility, enrollment, coverage, deductions, and plan provisions. Manage new hire enrollment, qualifying life events, eligibility changes, and benefit terminations. Partner with Payroll to ensure benefit elections, employee data, and payroll deductions are accurate. Research and resolve enrollment, eligibility, carrier, deduction, and coverage discrepancies. Lead the administrative execution of annual open enrollment, including employee communications, enrollment activities, system updates, and post-enrollment audits. Partner with benefit brokers, carriers, and vendors to resolve issues and support benefit renewals and program changes. Support 401(k) administration, including eligibility, enrollment, employee questions, data reconciliation, audits, and required communications. Support benefits compliance requirements, audits, census requests, required notices, and reporting. Coordinate benefits activities for newly acquired clubs, including employee census review, enrollment, communications, and benefit presentations. Support benefits-related aspects of employee leaves of absence and benefit continuation. Develop clear and engaging employee benefits communications and educational materials. Prepare and review benefits reports and regularly audit data between ADP, payroll, carriers, and benefit vendors. Develop and maintain benefits processes, procedures, calendars, and resources to support consistency across all Heritage locations. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce administrative errors, and enhance the employee benefits experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 10+ years of employee benefits or related HR experience. Experience supporting a multi-location or geographically dispersed workforce strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and applicable benefits regulations. Experience working with HRIS/payroll systems; ADP experience preferred. Experience working with benefit carriers, brokers, and third-party vendors. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with employee data, reports, and Excel. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, growing organization. High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
