Benefits Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Benefits Manager to support our client with administration of employee benefits programs and provide exceptional service to employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about helping employees understand and maximize their benefits. Key Responsibilities Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and provide timely, accurate guidance. Coordinate benefit enrollments, life event changes, terminations, and annual open enrollment activities. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Partner with benefit vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve enrollment and billing issues. Assist with benefits communications, employee education, and reporting. Support audits, reconciliations, and documentation related to benefits administration. Stay current on benefits trends and regulatory changes affecting employee benefits programs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related function. Knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable compliance requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
