Location: Arlington Toyota – Jacksonville, FL

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, organized, and thrives on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Automotive BDC experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound scripted calls with current and prospective customers
Respond to internet leads, customer emails, and chat inquiries
Schedule appointments and follow up on no-shows
Make outbound calls to past customers and promote special campaigns
Perform customer satisfaction and follow-up calls
Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer database
Support sales and marketing initiatives as needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Automotive BDC or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, coachable, and motivated to succeed
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Tech-savvy with strong PC and internet skills
Able to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment
Hourly pay + Uncapped Monthly Bonuses
