Associate Broker

Associate Broker – Chicago, IL This position is non‑commission-based and does not involve cold calling. Responsibilities Review submission information required to issue new or renewal quotes. Analyze new and renewal submissions and provide market selection. Determine coverage needs and develop proposals. Review and handle inspection recommendations and discrepancies. Develop relationships with agency and underwriter partners. Receive and respond to calls or requests concerning problems, delays, or discrepancies and provide timely resolution to satisfy all parties. Supervise or delegate endorsement requests, signed applications, forms, underwriting information, tasks, and certificates of insurance to carriers. Monitor various reports for consistency. Perform other duties as assigned based on team needs. Qualifications 3‑7 years of commercial insurance experience. Property insurance experience preferred. Active P&C license required. Experience developing relationships at all levels, both internally and externally. Benefits Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience. Annual bonus potential.
