About Josies Hope Center PV

Josies Hope Center PV is a licensed residential behavioral health treatment center located in Phoenix, Arizona. Our program specializes in treating individuals with primary mental health disorders and secondary substance use disorders through an integrated, trauma-informed, and patient-centered approach. Our mission is to restore hope and provide comprehensive behavioral health services that promote long-term healing, stability, and community reintegration.

Position Summary

Josies Hope Center PV is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Level Therapist to join our clinical team. The Associate Therapist will provide therapeutic services to residents in a structured residential treatment setting while working under the supervision of a licensed Behavioral Health Professional (BHP). This position plays an important role in delivering individual and group therapy services, supporting treatment planning, and helping clients progress through their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and psycho-educational therapy to residents

Facilitate therapeutic groups focused on mental health stabilization, coping skills, trauma recovery, and relapse prevention

Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of individualized treatment plans

Complete clinical documentation in accordance with AZDHS regulations and agency policies

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team including medical providers, case managers, and behavioral health technicians

Participate in clinical supervision with a licensed Behavioral Health Professional

Monitor client progress and provide updates during treatment team meetings

Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, assessments, and treatment documentation

Support discharge planning and continuity of care for residents transitioning to outpatient services

Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with professional licensing boards and HIPAA regulations
