Bilingual Customer Service (Hybrid $20 - 24/hr)

You will be joining one of our clients, focused on community service, by helping families access child care financial assistance and related resources. In this hybrid role, you'll support public-facing call and referral services while maintaining accurate records across multiple online systems. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding people to the help they need and helping ensure timely, data-driven referrals.Pay range is $20 to $24/hour based on experience. Key Details Work Arrangement: Hybrid based in Framingham, MA Pay Range: $20 - 24/hr Support efficient case management and contribute to data accuracy in statewide systems Monday to Friday schedule options: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Why This Job Is Awesome / Your Impact Help families navigate child care subsidy and assistance eligibility Provide compassionate, accurate information that connects callers to the right local resources Support efficient case management and contribute to data accuracy in statewide systems Build your expertise in policies and information referral processes over time Contribute to special projects and community disaster-response efforts by assisting with 211 information Responsibilities Determine families' eligibility for child care financial assistance or subsidies Add qualified families to theSubsidy Wait List accurately Provide correct information about local child care programs and providers Assist with special projects and community disaster response efforts by providing accurate information Maintain data integrity and observe all protocols and guidelines Use empathy and active listening to guide callers to suitable resources with compassion Required Experience and Skills Strong computer skills, including managing multiple platforms and databases Ability to toggle between multiple screens efficiently while entering accurate information Call-center environment experience is a plus Experience in customer service and data entry is beneficial Own a desktop or non-Apple laptop with reliable Wi-Fi Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Bilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole #J-18808-Ljbffr ProPivotal
