Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off About the Role: Crossroads At Delta Assisted Living Facility is looking for a passionate and experienced Dietary Director to lead our nutrition and food service program in Delta, CO. Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and oversee all dietary and nutrition programs for assisted living residents Create well-balanced, appealing menus that meet residents' nutritional needs and personal preferences Manage and supervise dietary staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, and shift coverage as needed. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility food safety and sanitation regulations Collaborate with nursing and care teams to accommodate special diets, allergies, and medical dietary requirements Monitor food inventory, manage ordering, and maintain budget controls for the dietary department Conduct regular assessments of resident satisfaction with meals and dining experience Requirements: Degree or certification in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Service Management, or a related field Previous experience in dietary management, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting Knowledge of therapeutic diets, nutritional guidelines, and special dietary needs ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credential Strong leadership and team management skills-References Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, resident-centered approach Ability to maintain regulatory compliance and pass health inspections About Us: Crossroads At Delta Assisted Living Facility is a trusted care community nestled in the heart of Delta, CO, dedicated to providing residents with a warm, supportive, and dignified living experience.
