Additional information about the organization, its services, and membership eligibility can be found at Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Duncan, OK. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new membership growth opportunities in Western Oklahoma, including developing leads and cultivating business relationships within the community. The role involves conducting market research to understand member needs, local trends, and potential areas for expansion. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns, represent Endurance FCU at events, and deliver professional, member-focused service to prospective and existing member-owners. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records of outreach efforts, preparing reports on business development initiatives, and contributing ideas to improve engagement and membership growth. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, present information clearly, and provide a positive member experience. Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects, analyze local market conditions, and support targeted outreach efforts. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate business opportunities, and make recommendations based on findings. Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with financial services or credit union operations, proficiency with office productivity and CRM tools, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
