About the role :

At BD, we are advancing the future of medication management through the BD Pyxis™ platform. We're looking for a strategic marketing leader to help accelerate growth and innovation.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead growth, commercialization, and portfolio strategy for the BD Pyxis™ platform. This role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, guide market adoption, and bring innovative solutions to market.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategy, Growth & Commercialization
  • Lead marketing strategy, identifying opportunities to accelerate growth, adoption, and market leadership.
  • Define target segments, customer personas, and value propositions that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Support pricing, promotional, and market development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Champion the Customer & Market
  • Engage with customers, sales teams, and industry leaders to understand customer needs, workflows, buying behaviors, and market trends.
  • Leverage customer and market insights to inform strategy, messaging, and commercialization plans.
  • Develop compelling messaging and customer value stories that clearly communicate outcomes
• Drive Marketing Execution & Business Results
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans, including where to play, how to win.
  • Define customer segments, personas, and journeys to inform targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies.
  • Execute campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with HEOR, Clinical, and Product teams to align evidence generation with commercialization goals.
  • Support pricing, promotional, and market development initiatives
  • Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and optimize marketing investments to drive measurable business results.

About You:

You are a strategic marketer who can connect customer needs, market insights, and business objectives to drive growth and adoption. Success in this role means influencing cross-functional stakeholders, leading commercialization initiatives, and translating complex challenges into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business results. You thrive in a fast-paced, global matrix environment where collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric thinking are key to accelerating market impact.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 6 years of marketing experience within a complex, global corporate environment
• Experience leading product commercialization, new product launches, and end-to-end lifecycle management
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market plans, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, launch readiness, and commercial enablement
• Customer-focused, curious, and driven by results
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning ideas into action
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters Degree/MBA
• MedTech experience highly preferred

The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.

$146,000.00 - $233,600.00 USD Annual
