Project Manager, Marketing Operations - Patient Services

AbbVie seeks a Project Manager to oversee the Material Review Process for advertising and promotional materials in the U.S. Commercial division. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines through Veeva systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional team reviews and approvals of advertising, promotional, and sales training materials
- Manage material submissions through the review process via Veeva, performing final sign-offs and metadata validation
- Schedule and conduct formal concept reviews, tier reviews, and prioritization meetings with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate production, fulfillment, and shipment logistics; oversee release and withdrawal of approved materials
- Develop and track process metrics; communicate material status and workflow health to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Science, Education, Communication, or related field
- Understanding of Material Review (MLR) process and pharmaceutical industry policies
- Experience with Veeva or similar review systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, MS Office suite, and Veeva PromoMats
- Marketing, communication, or advertising agency experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed
