Marketing Manager, Patient Services Strategy, Gastroenterology
AbbVie
Marketing Manager position focused on developing and executing patient support strategies for Skyrizi in gastroenterology. The role bridges AbbVie's commercial brand team and patient services, driving program performance, marketing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing projects and support strategic planning for patient support programs
- Build cross-functional relationships with sales, managed healthcare, marketing, and compliance teams
- Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators for program effectiveness
- Develop and refine omnichannel engagement strategies across digital, print, field, and partner channels
- Lead workstreams and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare services marketing experience
- Brand, digital, and patient service marketing experience strongly preferred
- Project management skills with ability to prioritize and execute in matrix environment
- Experience managing external partnerships, agencies, and vendor budgets
- Strong communication and ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with agile practices and market asset management tools
