INDUSTRY: Construction KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors with professionalism. Coordinate schedules by managing calendars, appointments, meetings, and project timelines. Dispatch field staff for service calls and projects, ensuring timely communication and efficient routing. Support the Sales and Operations Teams by preparing materials for presentations, taking meeting notes, and tracking follow-up actions. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a focus on delivering exceptional service and satisfaction. Maintain and update customer records and lead information in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
